Urban delivery - Auckland (Economy tracked 3-10 business days) - Flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.

Rural and North Island (New Zealand) - Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00.

South Island (New Zealand) - Flat rate fee of $23.00

International shipping only available for Australia, UK, United States and Canada - shipping is calculated at checkout, ranging from $46 to $130.00, depending on order quantity. For larger orders (100 sachets or more), please contact info@earlyhabits.co.nz.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses, please provide an alternative address (family member/office etc)

NOTE: Once shipping details have been checked by our team, your order will be processed. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option to avoid delays in processing.

How long will it take to receive your order?

Our small and locally owned business consists of just a few dedicated team members. We aim to get all orders packed and on their way within 24-48 hours of your order. 

Shipping usually takes 2 -3 business days for shipping in New Zealand. However it can take up to 10 working days over holiday periods and significant weather events.

Rural deliveries may take 3-4 days. 

International deliveries take 3-10 business days.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be posted 24-48 hours from the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once you've made your purchase.

What is your policy around damaged, lost or missing orders?

Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. Lost or missing orders will then be replaced if the delivery issue can not be resolved. Damaged orders will be replaced.

You’ll be sent a tracking number via email, so keep an eye out for this once you’ve made a purchase.
