That’s why we offer expert coaching and tools, including our state of the art freeze-dried baby food—simple, nutritious solutions designed to help families thrive.

Hi – My name is Dr Jeanette Rapson, New Zealand Registered Dieititian and Wellness coach.

My journey began unexpectedly—in fine art. While studying at Elam School of Fine Arts, I discovered my love for food as creativity and worked at a renowned cake shop in London. But long hours and burnout took a toll on my health, and I turned to a dietitian for help. That experience changed everything for me.

I retrained in nutrition, spent years supporting families, completed my PhD, and even launched a baby food company. Along the way, I learned that well-being isn’t just about food—it’s about feeling balanced and whole.

Well-being is physical, mental, and emotional. And energy plays a key role in it. We don’t manage time, we manage energy. How we feel—whether happy, sad, focused, or drained—is often connected to how we manage our energy. Through practices like meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and simple daily habits, I found the key to thriving. Now, I help mothers do the same.

Why I Support Mothers

Motherhood is beautiful but demanding. I’ve walked alongside many women navigating exhaustion, self-doubt, and the desire to give their baby the best, all while trying to maintain their sense of self. And above all, I believe that mothers know best. You know your child best, and you know yourself best.

This is my philosophy. When you nourish yourself—body, mind, and spirit—you empower your baby to thrive, and together, you both flourish. You deserve to feel nourished, energized, and confident—just as much as your little one.

A Little More About Me

I live on a fresh cut flower farm in Glorit with my two cats. I’ve created my dream life here, focusing on balance, mindfulness, and well-being. To keep myself well, I stay active with workouts, create healthy meals, and make time for sound healing and playing the handpan.

Life is about embracing well-being, and I’m here to help you embrace that too.
